Marinade Instructions
Steps to perfect steak: Fork the meat on either side to create holes for marinade absorption. Pour ½ cup marinade per pound of meat in gallon bag or container. Place bag / container in fridge and let marinade for 1.5 hours or longer on each side. Remove steak from bag and let sit on plate for 10 minutes to let excess marinade drain out. Marinade contains salt so you should only need to pepper to taste before placing on the grill. Cook according to desired temperature.
